Assalamualaikum,
Attached is log untuk focus, charms and other deliverables.
Focus – refer to Focus 2011. need to fill up individually, email to Diana on the 1st of every month. Diana will summarize (base on pivot table) and submit to me together with individual focus on the 2nd of every month.
Weekly deliverables – masukkan charms no sekiranya ada melibatkan charms untuk activity mingguan. Sila submit pada k.zaini for compiling on the every Friday. K.zaini will submit to me on Monday morning every week.
Charms – kindly fill in and submit to k.zaini for compiling on 1st of every month. K.zaini will summarize and send to me on 2nd every month.
***** Yearly performance will be based on individual performance not shared among the groups. Boss will go through individual sheet during evaluation.

Nanti boleh belajar dgn aisyah macam mana dia summarize monthly guna pivot table. On 2nd hantar je walaupun tak semua yang hantar, I will consider no focus for those yg tak hantar on the 1st. Diana hantar summary dan juga individual focus.

k.zaini hantar je apa yg diterima as at Friday and 1st of every month. Kpd yg tak hantar (except with concrete reasons), maknanya tak de activity untuk minggu/bulan tu.
